The color is a vibrant shade of green, the flavor is equally beautiful. I use this powdered green tea for protein smoothies after my daily workout. It blends very smoothly with a banana, almond milk and ice. I prefer the DoMatcha ORGANIC Green Tea, but it is too expensive to make smoothies everyday. 2nd Harvest works just as well, and you get so much more! I use just a teaspoon per smoothie. I must be honest, this is my first experience purchasing Matcha Green Tea. I had become addicted to Starbucks Green Tea Lattes and didn't like being at the mercy of the corporation so I goal was to make these drinks at home. I did a little research and concluded that this was the one I would go with. It wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive and I must say that I am very pleased. Oh and my Green Tea Latte's are spot on!
